Great location and able to accommodate 4 pax
- close proximity to Gion station and Canal City - able to accommodate 4 person in one room - very attentive and helpful receptionist who personally came up to room to clear a clogged wash basin. Kudos to her.
- room size is a bit small, but this is in the city Centre area.

Clean and convenient!
The location was just a few stops from the airport if you are travelling by train. It is relatively near Gion subway station. It's a quiet place to be in and it has a good neighborhood when walking at night.
The hotel didn't offer any breakfast since they are in between finding a new partner cafe in their property. They also practice sustainable cleaning services so the daily cleaning of the room isn't available. They only change the towels and will not be changing the beddings/ toiletries. It's up to you to keep your room clean before going out for the day. Also, the layout of the room is different since the toilet, shower, and sink are separated. We found the separation a bit difficult to navigate when you need privacy to take a bath or change your clothes.
